Providing competent, ethical care for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive clients requires a dual understanding of clinical frameworks and systemic family dynamics. This 2-hour workshop equips mental health professionals with the practical tools needed to assess clients for medical interventions as well as to support them through family dynamics/ issues that may arise during the assessment and therapy process.
